Liz and I went to Brown Thomas today and tried on fancy schmancy sunglasses. That's after we looked at fancy schmancy shoes. Trying on fun glasses is one of my favorite things to do. This pair was definitely a hit. They looked better on Liz than they did on me. Liz said I looked like I was going skiing, but I thought I looked like a dog with droopy eyes.

Mii on Wii! Liz and I had our first tournament today. I'm at a bit of a disadvantage since she's able to practice! Oh, and I'm not sure why I picked this hairstyle for myself. I haven't worn my hair in two ponytails in, oh, 30 years.

Liz and I went to the movies at noon. This is how many people go to the movies at noon. Well, a few more did show up. Unfortunately, the couple two rows behind us felt it was an opportunity to make up for lost time.

Today is a two-fer! We had our Secret Santa party which had lots of delicious food and drink! One picture is Beth, Meg, and Aisling kicking back and enjoying themselves. The second one is my Secret Santa gift. THANKS LIZ!!!

Enjoying pints of Paulaner and bretzels (not sure why everyone else calls them pretzels) at the Oktoberfest! We also enjoyed German sausages and Haribo candies. There was music too, but I was all about the food.

Wes and I went to a friendly between the Bohemians FC and Liverpool XI. Liverpool XI is made up of academy and reserve team players. So, no Torres, but it was fun anyway! Plus, it was at a stadium right up the street from our place. The weather was perfect and it didn't start to ran until the very end. Oh, and Liverpool scored the only two goals in the last couple of minutes of the match.
