I was in the bedroom today and saw a young boy outside pointing at one of the posters on the wall across the street. I was curious what the sign was for and sweet motherload KISS is coming to Dublin!!!

I made some chocolate stout cupcakes today (they're not frosted yet). The recipe called for Guinness, but this Corkonian household drinks Beamish!

The famine statues on the quays. I find them incredibly haunting. They're 'walking' towards the end of the quays where the ships would have been moored.

I've started doing an oil cleansing method for cleaning my face at night. I use 25% castor oil and 75% olive oil. I would have used regular old EVOO, but then I found this 'medicinal' olive oil at Boots. It was fairly cheap, so I picked some up. Last night was the first night and so far so good! I thought I'd wake up all greasy, but that wasn't the case at all!
