Post workout din dins! Omelette, made with 1 full egg and one egg white, red peppers, onion, salt and pepper, all on a few boiled new potatoes and finished with a low fat cheese slice (Lidl has the best!). And of course a side of runner beans. Total Weight Watcher's points?? Only 4.5!
